Things to do with the Children!!

So as promised I am going to try and be better at keeping in touch with you all this year!
Not everything will be photography related, but things I feel I’d like to share too, places to go with the children being the first of many.
As much as I LOVE living here I find it really hard that we don’t seem to have that much to do with the children. Coming from London where we have literally everything on our doorstep I do struggle with having to return to the same places every school holidays. I love finding places that the children think are fun and what I feel is good value for money too!
So the first place I would like to recommend is the Animal experience in Stretham, We went there a while ago when we were looking for something to do with the children and someone suggested it so we thought we would go for a look around,
We booked over the phone with one of the really friendly staff and I thought at £40.00 for 5 of us that was a great price too. We were shown all of the snakes, lizards, spiders etc and more that they have there, the kids were able to touch and hold them and ask as many questions as they would like, the knowledge of the two guys showing us around was outstanding!
They enjoyed it so much we came away with the ” muuuuuum can we get a snake” questions 🙂
We also booked for a Christmas present the Meerkat experience, We will be going there soon for that and I am told it’s really great fun!
