Sibling Photoshoot with Eliza & Grace
A few weeks ago I got the absolute honour of photographing baby Grace, She is little sister to Eliza who I have also had the pleasure of photographing around about 2 years ago as a newborn and then also when she was about 8 months old for her sitter session!
That was such fun and we even got their two Labs in the photos too 🙂
Eliza’s image was the first photograph I entered into the Guild of Photographers photo competition where I won an award for my image of her that you can see on my website (pink pixie hat set) It’s amazing when asleep how much grace looks just like her big sister did as a newborn,
I’m sure you’ve heard other photographers say it before that it really is such a lovely feeling to be asked back to photograph a family growing but it hand on heart is!
Not only do we get to capture these most precious memories for generations to come but we also get to build relationships with our clients too.
Sibling photos are just amazing and I am always surprised at how great the older sibling is with their new little brother or sister, Eliza was amazing, Kind, Gentle and extremely helpful as all of the siblings I have photographed have been.
Capturing sibling images as part of my services is one of my most favourite parts of Newborn photography as I know as a mum myself how important those images are and will forever be, We never get the chance again for them to show how proud they are with their promotion to Big Sister/Brother.
I can’t wait to see these beautiful girls again when Grace is a little bit older.
