Welcome to the world Lily.
This week I got to meet this beautiful little lady, Who I was so honoured to be able to photograph, I’ve been looking forward to it so much!
A few years back I photographed Ellie (Lily’s mum) for her prom and I’ve been lucky enough to know Ellie’s lovely mum, dad and siblings for a very long time, their youngest son and my Daughter have been friends since they were about 3 years old so getting to photograph their Granddaughter was such a privilege.
I remember the day Nan Sharon told me that Ellie was expecting, She was so excited and couldn’t wait to meet baby, I know You and Darren will both be an amazing set of grand parents (As I’m sure Jack’s parents will be too) The first Grandchild is always so exciting so I’m told and my Dad always said that there is no love like it!
On the day of Lily’s first photoshoot it was one of the hottest days we’ve had so far, Luckily when I arrived at Ellie and Jacks home Little lady did exactly as she was supposed to do and fell asleep almost right away – Phew!!
While talking Ellie said that she didn’t think Lily looked like her but in these photos the more I look at them the more I can definitely see the similarities between them although Jack did say she was a lot like him as a baby and they both had the same lovely hair – I bet Jacks family loved that she inherited it!!
I just can’t get over how beautiful she is, She has been blessed with AMAZING hair, pouting lips and such long eyelashes, What more could a girl want?! – Good luck saying no to that face when she asks for something expensive when she’s older!
I really hope you all like the images I’ve captured for you and I hope to maybe see you all again in the future once little lady is a bit older.
